
The reason for the project according to the owners is to act as a middle-man between people who want to sell their property, find roommates, rent their lodges and people who want to buy.
As a new student in the University of Nigeria Nsukka, you might want to find a lodge near you or just want to buy something from a seller within the school or you wish to sell something to someone within the school. This is usually a problem and you see people writing on notice boards in the hostels, etc. With this site, you can find buyers and sellers.
The site is very solid and will be launched today. I have personally tested the beta version of it and I must say, it is worth it.
How can I make use of the site?
It was designed to be simple and easy to operate.
If you are a seller or want to rent your Lodge, just follow the steps below:
1. Head to the site lodges.ng, sign up and then click on the upload tab.
2. Upload the property name, category, price, photo, location and click on the upload button.
3. After that, your property will be live and people can now search your property, contact you and that’s all!.
4. If you don’t want to sell a property again, you can simply remove it. To do that, on your dashboard home, below or beside the property, click on the delete button and it will be deleted.
5. Have you gotten a buyer and Concluded a deal? Just click on the sold button and that’s all.
Do you want to find a property or Lodge near you?
It is so simple to do so. Just follow the steps below:
1. Visit lodges.ng, make use of the search option there. You don’t need to register for you to find sellers.
2. On the search bar, enter the name of the property you wish to buy, select the location, and the category of the property and hit the search button.
3. The next page that appears is the search results page where you will see refined results based on your search query. The seller’s number, name, and other details like the price at which the property is to be sold at will be shown… Contact the seller with the number specified and that’s all!!! Very simple right? Obviously!!
4. Don’t know of what to buy? Don’t worry, just click on any of the locations you see on the home page and a list of all property and lodges available for that area will be displayed.
